The Process

1

After your initial enquiry we'll come out and perform a site visit. We will ascertain the suitability of your house and its ability to be moved. Unfortunately not all houses can easily be removed - it will depend on how the house is constructed, physical site constraints, and street layout - so our assessment is the important first step

2

If we like your home we will make you an offer and discuss moving timeframes

3

Upon acceptance, we will sign a contract with you, pay a deposit and schedule the date for removal

4

Prior to moving your house off site we will perform a final inspection and pay you the balance.

5

This is the exciting bit ... removal day! Our professional removal partners team will be onsite - the house will be raised off its foundations and then carefully loaded onto their specialist trailer for transportation

Important points to note:

  • Relevant Council consents and disconnection of services to be arranged by property owner.
  • Post removal site clean up to be arranged by property owner (it is generally more cost-effective for you to arrange this with your own contractors who will be coming to site for your new project).
  • We will keep you informed throughout the process so you know what will be happening when.
  • House moving time frames may need to be altered due to poor weather - heavy rain and high winds can make for unsafe working conditions.
